SHIPPING POLICY
Melbourne Gold and Silver Exchange will post your purchase with free standard shipping. This will include a signature on delivery and insurance on most purchases.
MGSE will charge a flat $10 postage fee for express post. This will include a signature on delivery and insurance on most purchases.
Our jewellery may be delivered in a velvet pouch and padded envelope.
We ship Monday - Friday with Australia Post.
There may be 1 - 2 days of handling time from the purchase date.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE ORDERED?
The team at MGSE will post your order as soon as possible.
If your package has not been delivered to Australia Post, we may be able to change your delivery address.
Unfortunately, if your package is already with Australia Post, we are unable to change your address.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been received by Australia Post.

DO YOU REPAIR OR RESIZE?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a repair or resizing service.
These adjustments will need to be offered by a professional jeweller at a fee. Check our Ring Size Chart for more information.
WHAT DO THESE TERMS MEAN?
TDW OR TW: This refers to the 'Total Diamond Weight' or 'Total Weight' of a diamond or gemstone. These individual weights are added together to determine the total carat weight.
CARAT: This refers to the diamond weight or the purity of gold.
